There are some people who say that you either like salty or sweet. I personally am one that enjoys both sweet and salty food.
Unfortunately for me, I have had to find and create recipes that are healthy since most sweet and salty snacks aren’t that healthy (which is probably why I enjoy them so much..).
Chips were one of the hardest things I had to give up (besides cake of course). They are so easy to eat and very convenient. All you need to do is open a bag and start eating.
When it came to eating healthy I had to find an alternative for chips that I actually enjoyed.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t a huge fan of zucchini by itself. I loved zucchini bread and zucchini in pasta, but just zucchini? Not so much. However, zucchini is a great vegetable and it would change up the normal vegetable regimen for my snacks.
So I decided to give parmesan zucchini chips a try. What could go wrong, cooked cheese on zucchini? Let’s face it, cheese makes everything better and this recipe was no exception! Even if you aren’t a zucchini fan I know you will enjoy this recipe too!
Plus, this awesome recipe is a great keto snack recipe or good enough to use as a side dish to a meal!
The recipe was super easy to throw together and goes great with burgers, steaks or simply as a keto snack recipe throughout the day!
