Parmesan Zucchini Chips | Keto Snack Recipe

These are a delicious and healthy replacement for chips or to use as a side dish for meals! Event hose who don't enjoy zucchini are guaranteed to love this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 3 Medium Zucchini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Slice zucchini in 3/4 inch slices and lay flat on a baking pan

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the top of zucchini slices

  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over zucchini slices and put in oven to bake for 15-20 minutes. I enjoyed the chips best when they were crispier but overall crispness is up to you.
