Ingredients

  • 6 Large Avocados
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt I estimate and test intermittently to see if I need more salt. Based on personal preference
  • 1 Large Jalapeno (seeded for no spice, with seeds for extra kick)
  • 2 Large Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onions
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the six large avocados. Then add all remaining ingredients. You may prefer more or less salt. I recommend adding some, then tasting to see if you need more or if you are happy with the saltiness.
