1LargeJalapeno (seeded for no spice, with seeds for extra kick)
2LargeTomatoes, seeded and chopped
2Limes, juiced
1/2CupChopped Red Onions
2TablespoonsFresh Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash the six large avocados. Then add all remaining ingredients. You may prefer more or less salt. I recommend adding some, then tasting to see if you need more or if you are happy with the saltiness.
