Guacamole Avocado Toast

A delicious, quick and healthy recipe chalk full of nutrients and vitamins! Great for a meal or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1/2 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced Cherry Tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)
  • Pinch Pepper I used Legendary Spiced Sir Gent Peper
  • Pinch Chili Peper
  • 1/2 tspn Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tspn Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 slice Bread of your choosing

Instructions

  1. Mix the avocado, lime juice, pepper, and chili pepper together in a bowl. 

  2. Place the mixture on top of the bread of your choosing. I used sourdough bread but the type of bread depends on your preference. 

  3. Add the diced tomatoes and diced red onion on top of the avocado mixture. 

  4.  Garnish with fresh cilantro. 

Recipe Notes

The thing that I love about this recipe is that you can change up the amount of ingredients to your liking! You don't need to stick to my measurements, if you hate chili pepper then put less in. You can do this with every ingredient.
