A delicious, quick and healthy recipe chalk full of nutrients and vitamins! Great for a meal or a quick snack.
Mix the avocado, lime juice, pepper, and chili pepper together in a bowl.
Place the mixture on top of the bread of your choosing. I used sourdough bread but the type of bread depends on your preference.
Add the diced tomatoes and diced red onion on top of the avocado mixture.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
The thing that I love about this recipe is that you can change up the amount of ingredients to your liking! You don't need to stick to my measurements, if you hate chili pepper then put less in. You can do this with every ingredient.
