Ingredients

  • 1 Package Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 Pound Spicy Sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (separated)
  • 1 12 ounce Jar of Roasted Red Peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your pasta according to package instructions. While the water is boiling, put a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook our spicy sausage. While the sausage cooks, break it up using your mix' n chop. When the sausage is cooked set aside while you make the sauce.

  2. Using the same frying pan you used to cook the sausage, place on high and add the garlic, green onions, and butter. When the butter is melted, add the heavy whipping cream. Stir together and add the parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Continue to stir until the cream cheese is melted.

  3. Using a food processor, break up the roasted red peppers. When they are all sliced, add them to the sauce mixture in the stove and cook for an additionally 1-2 minutes to allow the peppers to warm.

  4. Mix the sauce, sausage and pasta together. Then enjoy!
