I’m not sure what it is about casseroles that I absolutely LOVE, especially during the Fall/Winter months.
Maybe it is the fact that they are so easy?
Or maybe because a warm casserole just makes me think of cold winter months and long days spent working/studying/having fun.
Either way, they are amazing and so easy to make too!
This keto cheeseburger casserole is no exception! It has delicious taste and is only 2g of net carbs, win-win if you ask me.
This keto cheeseburger casserole takes about 30 minutes to make (simply because you have to cook the ground beef prior to cooking in the oven, and then 30 minutes in the oven.
Super easy, trust me! 🙂
Plus, it gives you the taste and enjoyment of eating a cheeseburger without the required self control of staying away from the bun. I mean, seriously, who has that kind of self control?
Definitely not me.

Knife: I honestly have no idea why this knife works so well. Trust me, if I knew then I would tell you. The only thing I know is that it can cut anything…trust me, I have used it for EVERYTHING! I have yet to find something it doesn’t cut and I get excited just using the tool!
Mix’N Chop: This works wondering for crumbling meat as it cooks! I was cooking at a friends house the other night and didn’t have one, needless to say I didn’t know what I had until it was gone! Definitely worth it!
Cutting Board: The rubber on the edge? Yup, that keeps this inch thick cutting board right where it is supposed to be! Plus, this is great to use with the chopper as it won’t scratch or break your counter, perfect!
