I discovered this wonderful recipe on Baking Outside The Box and there was nothing that I would change about it.
Of course, this recipe is the exact definition of a warm and gooey casserole.

Cheesy Broccoli and Ham Casserole | Keto Recipe

Ham and Cheese Casserole | Keto Recipe
Ingredients
Vegetable and Ham Mixture
- 3 Cups Broccoli, chopped
- 2 Cups Cubed Ham
- 1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
Sauce Mixture
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 12 fl. oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 Large Eggs
Crunchy Topping
- 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 Teaspoon Parsley, dried
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 3 Tablespoon Butter, melted
- 1-2 Tablespoon Water
Instructions

Heat ove to 350F and grease a 9 X 13 baking dish.

Mix vegetables, meats and 1 cup of shredded cheese in large mixing bowl.

Stir together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and eggs till smooth and combined in a small mixing bowl.

Pour sauce over vegetable/meat mixture and stir to coat.

Spoon sauce-coated vegetables, ham and cheese into prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, stir together dry ingredients for topping mixture.

Stir butter in with a fork. Mixture should be crumbly and slightly damp in small clumps of dough, but not wet. Add up to two tablespoons of water a little at a time if mixture is too dry and flour like.

Evenly sprinkle topping over the prepared casserole mixture.
