Preheat the oven to 400F. On a baking stone (or a baking sheet) spread the pizza crust so it is thinned out. I use a roller pin to evenly spread the crust out. Spread the corn meal over the pizza crust. You may not need all of the corn starch. It does not need to cover every surface. Drizzle the 1 tablespoon of honey over the pizza crust.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredient under "mixture". Mix until well combined.
Cover the pizza crust with the mixture. Once the mixture is spread over the crust, slice the pear and place the slices evenly over the pizza crust. If you enjoy more gorgonzola, you may add extra crumbles to the top of the pizza as well. Cook for 15- 20 minutes.
Note: You may need to change the cooking temperature and time based on the pizza crust that you use. I baked according to my pizza crust instructions.
