In a small bowl add garlic, soy sauce, honey, orange zest, orange juice, and crushed red pepper. Stir to combine.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and cornstarch. Coat well.
Heat the olive oil over medium- high heat in a large frying pan, and cook each shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until browned on each side. You can cook the shrimp in batches to speed up the process. Remove the shrimp from frying pan and put aside. I use tongs to easily grab the shrimp to flip them over.
Drain the remaining oil from the frying pan and add the sauce mixture back into the pan. Add the shrimp on top. Allow the sauce to thicken (will only take about 15-20 seconds). The cornstarch will make this process quick.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
