Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease a 8 X 8 (or 9 x 9) inch pan.
Place the white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and butter in a microwaveable safe bowl. Place in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval) until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the sugar and using a rubber spatula, mix until well combined. Then, stir in the eggs and vanilla. Finally, add in the salt, flour, and pecans (the pecans can be chopped if you prefer) and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and place in the oven for 35- 40 minutes. Check at 30 minutes and if the edges are starting to brown, you can put foil over the pan while the blondies finish cooking for the remaining time.
The blondies should be golden brown on top and slightly soft in the center. Enjoy!
