Place your steak on the bottom of your crock pot.
In a medium bowl, mix together your olive oil, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, honey, cumin, chili powder and garlic.
Take the mixture and pour it over your meat in the crock pot. Stir the meat and sauce together until the meat is evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. I would start with 4 hours and check periodically. When the meat is done, shred into small pieces (if necessary).
When you are prepared to eat the meat, make the garlic lime sauce.
To make the sauce, simply whisk together in a small bowl the sour cream, olive oil, lime juice, garlic and lime zest.
To enjoy, simply put some meat on your tortilla and drizzle with the garlic lime sauce. I use feta cheese and cilantro to garnish these tacos.
