Ingredients

  • 1 Carton Egg Whites (amount depends on how many you want to make)
  • 1 Cup Sharp White Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Chives
  • 1 Large Red Pepper, diced
  • Non-stick cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Spray your muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients above and distribute evenly into the muffin tin. 

  2. Cook the egg bites at 350F for 15- 20 minutes or until they bounce back when they are touched. 

  3. Let cool and enjoy!
