You guys… I love cookies. I can eat just about any cookie and think it is delicious. Yes, even raisin cookies.
But I will tell you, these peanut butter blossom cookies are my kryptonite. If you’ve read my low carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup recipe then you know that I think peanut butter and chocolate are the world’s greatest combination. If you hadn’t read that, well, now you know peanut butter and chocolate are my favorite combination.
Back to the topic at hand, these yummy peanut butter blossoms are by far the best cookie recipe (and only three ingredients) and it contains two of the best ingredients in the world. Peanut butter and a chocolate kiss.
Yum.
I’m not going to lie, I don’t make these peanut butter blossom cookies very often simply because I have no self control when it comes to baking them. I will sit there and eat the cookie dough (because obviously the calories don’t count unless the cookie is baked…), then I will eat the kisses as I unwrap them, then I will eat the cookies when they are gooey and warm because, duh, thats the best part.
So, now you can see why these cookies are very dangerous for me (and possibly you).
Yes, I know I have a problem. I am kind’ve, sort’ve trying to fix it…but not really..
Also, did I mention these cookies can be made into the most adorable little blossoms? If you haven’t noticed yet, the cookies are in flower shapes with the kisses in the middle. I mean, come on? How adorable is that? And it doesn’t take much skill to do it either!
These peanut butter blossom cookies are a absolutely perfect recipe for the mom who doesn’t like to bake, the person who needs a sweet treat but doesn’t have much baking skill or much time. Either way, win-win situation for all!

Kitchen Aid Mixer: Yup, it’s back. This mixer is become apart of my regular routine (right behind my baking stone down below). It makes life so so easy! Trust me, I highly recommend it to make your baking and cooking life easier.
Baking Stone: I feel like this stone is becoming a regular apart of my routine recently. Which is not a bad thing! I love this baking stone! It cooks cookies to perfection and it is so easy to clean! Plus, you don’t waste parchment paper when you use one, saving the Earth too!
Cooling Racks: When you have 42 cookies being made, you need all the space you can get to let these cookies cool! Which is why I have these awesome stackable cooling racks to limit the amount of space needed but to have plenty of room for all of those cookies!
Mixing Bowls: Enough said.
Cookie Press: This cookie press is awesome! When you buy the cookie press you also get nine different cut outs that you can change out for whichever design that you want! I love the flower cutout so I can make the blossoms. And if I am being honest, I have had this sucker for years…
I absolutely love these cookies and I know that you will too! They are the perfect size to just plop in your mouth and they only have three ingredients, you really can’t go wrong.
