So I may have a little obsession with the egg bites at Starbucks.
Am I the only one? Yes? Well OK then..
Either way, sometimes it gets frustrating to pay $5 everyday for egg bites that I can simply make.
So I did. Make them that is. I played around with two different egg bite recipes, one with roasted red pepper and egg whites and the other a sausage and gouda egg bite. Both were delicious and super easy to make.
Plus, these are super easy to make ahead and use for meal prepping (if you’re into that sort of thing). Each recipe will make 12 egg bites (approximately, depending on your muffin tin size) which means you can eat two and day and get through six days of breakfasts.
Thats one less thing off your to-do list for the day, right?
And if you don’t like an ingredient, you can change things out or make up your own kind of egg bite. All you have to do is bake for the same amount of time and get an idea for the amount of ingredients you need and you are good!
