Green Bean and Beef Stroganoff Casserole
This delicious is absolutely delicious and incredibly easy to make too! I guarantee it will be a recipe to keep!
Ingredients
- 5 ounces White Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic
- 2 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
- 6 Ounces Fresh Green Beans
- 1 3/4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cups Egg Noodles
- 1 3/4 Cup Low Sodium Beef Broth
- 1/2 Cup French Fried Onions
- 1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 cube Boullion Cube (Beef) Optional
Instructions
-
Combine the mushrooms, garlic, flour and salt in your Rockcrock Everyday Pan or Deep Covered Baker and stir to combine. Start dissolving the Boullion cube in hot water (if you so choose) and set aside.
-
Add the beef and mix well. Microwave, covered on HIGH for 7-9 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles with your Mix' N Chop, halfway through the cooking time.
-
Meanwhile, trim the green beans and cut them into bite sized sections. When the beef is done, add 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce, green beans, noodles, and broth. Microwave, covered on HIGH for 8-12 minute, or until the noodles are cooked.
-
While that is cooking, combine the remaining sauce, fried onions, and panko crumbs in a manual food processor and process until well combined.
-
Finally, add the dissolved boullion cube and sour cream until well combined. Top with the panko crumb mixture. Enjoy!
